A few weeks ago we were contacted by a lady with a special request – could we make a motor cycle top box pet carrier for her dog Lulu? A few phone calls, mock-ups and measuring of pooches later, here it is!
Rather than making a bespoke box (very costly) we modified a Stelvio topbox to have a completely removable lid, rivetted ‘D’ rings inside to attach a pet harness, cut and rubber trimmed a hole in the top and TADAA! Owner and rider Caroline also wanted some custom decals for the box to personalise it – which was no trouble at all – and the ‘Lulu Lid’ was complete!
We also customised a standard lid to be swapped in for when Caroline wasn’t travelling with Lulu – best of both!
